Elated man at the sight
Of lightening beguiled
By unbargained warmth
Plasmic hues of orange
Effusing light in darkness
Branches on fire, learning
To tame a sacred source,
Scintillas of heat until
The final flame fades
Dimming glows he looks
For shelter in the arms
Of others, none such as those
Of a woman, sentiment
Gratitude for his life is imbued
With wondrous mercies
Sublime the consciousness
Able to behold and cherish
The natural sultriness
Of bodies exchanging
Energy, deploring the ultimate
Inevitableness of entropy.
