Study

A concept, an idea, an impulse
Primitive instinct ignited by perceptions
Meandering lands in exploration
Intensifying perspicuous senses,
Pupils gazing earth, scrutinising shades
Espying fungi under shrubs, edible berries
From poisonous ones, taste buds fruits
On towering trees learning to climb,
A force, strength of limbs, a body
Artfully conceived, trekking through
The unknown discerning from a distance
The sound of water flow, cascades
Rivers and rivulets billows breaking on shores,
A drop from a leaf to quench unbridled thirst
Countless discoveries sparking thoughts,
An impetus a desire, to enquire comprehend
Observing surroundings to the extent
Of sight and beyond, immense expanse
Crafting language to connect,
Dots and minds communicate
Primaeval arts drawing in caves
Logograms hieroglyphs on papyri alphabet
Words, devoting time and attention
To gaining knowledge doubts anxieties
Beguiles contemplation, studying,
Each detail with the abstruse awareness
That something amazing is unfolding
Afore him and in all directions.
